We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely so you can start enjoying your FlipsGo products as soon as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery, processing times, shipping costs, and related matters.

 


 

 

1. Order Processing

 


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to stock availability, we’ll notify you promptly by email.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Areas

 


We currently deliver to:

 

  • Poland (nationwide)

  • Selected EU countries — please check availability during checkout.

 


If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at flipsgo99@gmail.com to confirm if we can arrange a custom shipment.

 


 

 

3. Delivery Options and Estimated Times

 


We cooperate with trusted courier and parcel locker services to ensure fast delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier workload, or customs delays (for international deliveries).

 


 

 

4. Shipping Costs

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and delivery method.


For Poland, typical rates are:

 

  • InPost Paczkomat: 11.90 zł

  • Courier delivery: 14.90 zł

  • Free shipping for orders above 199 zł (Poland only)

 


For EU orders, shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.

 


 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

 


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of your order, please contact us at flipsgo99@gmail.com.

 


 

 

6. Delivery Issues

 


Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, we can re-ship it once we receive it back — additional shipping costs may apply.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the package and contents at flipsgo99@gmail.com.

 


 

 

7. Customs and Import Taxes

 


For orders shipped outside Poland, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

 


 

 

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

 


If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at flipsgo99@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it.

 


 

 

9. Lost or Missing Packages

 


If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first.

If the parcel appears lost or delayed, contact us, and we’ll help initiate an investigation with the courier.


FlipsGo is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
