Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FlipsGo.pl.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the terms below.

 


 

1. Right to Withdraw (Return)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by email at flipsgo99@gmail.com.

You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of this document, though it is not mandatory.

 


 

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging (including any accessories or labels).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included.

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

 


 

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

 

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes (unless defective).

  • Used, damaged, or unsanitary items (for hygiene reasons).

 

 


 

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at flipsgo99@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

 


You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 


 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Please note:

 

  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  • If you return an item that is not eligible or has signs of use, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

 

 


 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at flipsgo99@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
